A vendor may need to select the seller vacation mode if he is planning to relaunch the vendor store and wants some break, also it will be in requirement if vendor staff is going for a vacation, admin can also make a store vacation if the vendor is not adhering to any policy, etc.

Also, the admin can make a store vacation mode enabled for a store if there is some dispute and the admin needs to take action.

The vendor can also request the admin for his store for seller vacation if he is required to stop live for some time for any reason.
